I used my first round practice piece and put a new second round on it as an experiment. I like it! Now I have more ideas. I can't sleep at night. Have all of you designers been haunted like this all these years? My sympathies! LOL I'm really enjoying it immensely.
I went ahead and included the diagram before the trial runs out. I'm about to work on the pattern right now for as long as my poor head will let me.
Oh, this is DMC Cebelia thread in size 20.
Enjoy!

These designs are fantastic, Laura! You've already got 4 or 5 pages done for your book, and I'm still working on my first page! Well, you know I've been busy, practicing my cello...:-)
This one is my favorite yet Lala!
You are on a roll!
Another wonderful creation Laura. Simple yet very elegant and I love the colour. You are doing a great job designing.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Beautiful! What else can I say?
This is lovely. You are getting better with the diagramming. What do you think of putting a bead at each of the point instead of the small ring? Just an idea....
That is an amazing design. I really like how you utilized the spiral tatting in it. I think I just might tat it one of these days.
