I tatted this one in the same Flora thread as the others, size 20. Denise' instructions for block tatting were different than the way I learned and I couldn't understand them. So, I just did them the way I knew. The tatting doesn't look the same as her's, but it's still pretty.
One more snowflake on the pile!
I think I am going to tat Sherry's leaf again with some thread I got from Marilee.

They just keep getting prettier and prettier!
Thank you Diane! I am enjoying them.
What a beautiful snowflake to add to your collection and what's this about thread from Marilee did you get a new colour? I'm jealous.
Thanks Clyde. I'm about to put them on my tree this morning. The thread is Autumn Treasure and it is making a beautiful leaf. I hope to finish it today and post it. She only had 14 yards so I have to make small things. I also got 2 skeins of Rhubarb Crisp. I am going to follow your lead and make a doily with that.
This one is really pretty with the block tatting in it!
I need to transition from making leaves to making snowflakes.
What are your plans for all your snowflakes?
I thought the block tatting was an interesting variation. I have put all of my snowflakes on a little tree with the ones I made last year. I should have counted as I put them on! I will post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded. I had to put the tree on the breakfast bar to keep little hands out of it! Yes, you need to make snowflakes. I can't wait to see what you will come up with.
