My Easter goodies were a little late, but that's okay. I ordered them late! Everyone kept raving so about the Lizbeth thread, that I had to order some. The colors are beautiful. I haven't tatted anything with it yet, but I will soon. I also wanted the Christmas Ornament Collection by JoAnn Stearns that Tatskool mentioned. It, and Christmas Angels and Other Tatting Patterns by Monica Hahn, are both full of beautiful patterns. I don't purchase many books, but lately I have three new ones, including Tea is for Tatting by Martha Ess. I have lots to do!
Oh, I really didn't WANT anymore shuttles, but I had to get to the free shipping cut off. Yeah, right! You believe that don't you? I love Lacis shuttles and pink seems to be my color of choice lately.
Thanks Handy Hands for the quick shipment!

I believe that you had to reach that cutoff! It would be a shame not to. Nice Easter prizes. I haven't tried that thread yet, but I keep hearing good things about it and probably should try it. Where did you say that cut off is?
Don't ya just LOVE handy hands??? I do! It looks like the Easter Bunny was really good to you and ya know what? You deserve it! Enjoy your tatting goodies, sweet bloggy friend! :)
((Hugs))!!
I see lots of tatting fun headed your way! I love the Monica Hahn book, but I don't have the other one. I'm very proud of you for ordering shuttles so that you could get free shipping! It's important to cut corners whenever possible!
Looks like the Easter Bunny was good to you. You can tell Bill that you where just being financially responsible by spending enough to get the free shipping.
You are getting ready for Christmas tatting already? Oh... I must get my hands on the Lizbeth, just don't know when, :-}.
These retailers ... they are so good at getting you to spend that little bit extra, don't they?
All in, you have picked a lovely selection. Enjoy!
it's always good to try new things and that means new supplies as well. Would you like to exchange a Monica angel? :-)
You will be busy I see with all the new thread, books, etc. I really like the angels.
Wonderful goodies! I have tried the new Lizbeth thread and I like it. The Lacis shuttles are some of my favorites, too. Handy Hands is such a great supplier - almost TOO good, LOL ;-) Have fun!
Hi Tattrldy. It would be an absolute waste not to get free shipping! I am anxious to try the thread and new patterns. The cut-off is $35.00, but that may just be for people who receive the newsletter. I'll have to check.
Yes, Tatting Chic. I do LOVE Handy Hands. Too much! I will enjoy them, thanks. You're a doll.
Hi Diane. I am going to have lots of fun. Glad to know you have the Monica Hahn book. If I need help, I can call you! I try to be fiscally responsible with our money. Is that the right word? I just couldn't waste that shipping!
Don't you just love the Easter bunny, Clyde? Oh, I already told Bill that!
Jon, I am always up for Christmas tatting! I can picture my tree already. I hope you can get some Lizbeth thread. Yes, these retailers are considered tricky by some. I choose to believe they are just trying to help us out! LOL
I love trying new things, Gina. It keeps things from getting boring. I'd love to do a Monica angel exchange with you. White or colors?
Yes, I'll be busy Madeline. Glad you like the angels.
Hi Yarnplayer. Glad you like the thread. I am anxious to give it a try. Yes, Handy Hands is almost too good! I love the Lacis shuttles as they hold more thread and are inexpensive so I can have lots of them. I never see to have an empty shuttle!
Oooh all those goodies.. I just got a pink shuttle too just like that one..and an orange one and a green one and a purple one!
They are my all time favorite as they hold so much thread and a super point for untatting.
Hi Tatskool. I have all those colors too. I love these shuttles for their points too. I've been needing that a lot lately. :(
