This is a big deal as I sometimes never get around to framing important things - more important than this!
I think they will look even prettier when I get the walls painted a soft green.
I am pleased with my Rhubarb Pie/Crisp doilies and cross. Tatting them was very pleasant and now looking at them will please me for many years.

They are lovely. I've never thought about framing my doilies or other tatting for that matter. But then, mine is not as colourful as yours and would not make a good picture.
Note to self - start experimenting with colours!
How delightful! The frames you've chosen certainly allow the tatting to shine rather than being overpowered by a frame. Please do post a picture when you get the walls painted, too!

Your tatted framed art looks pretty. Oh, I see now, a pale green wall, yes, I think that will look nice, too! I hope we get to see them again once the walls are painted. Are you going to use the colors in the tatting as a point of reference for the choosing the paint colors?

I'm glad you like them TattingChic. Yes, I will use the colors in the doilies to decide on the paint for the walls. I also want it to compliment my bedding.

This is exactly what I had in mind when I am able to do a doily. But first thing, I will do one (not so big) for a friend who will help me to edit my master's project.
