Floral Snowflake in Winter Blend HDT

I am posting this not knowing who the designer is. A friend shared it with me and we are hoping someone will recognize it so we can give them credit. I would also like to pay for the pattern if necessary. She said it was originally in German text. Please help if you can.

I tatted this in Yarnplayer's Winter Blend hand dyed thread, size 80. It is 1 3/4" in diameter and so delicate and lacey. I love the 3d look with the picoted chains.

I know it may not be a traditional looking snowflake, but it is going on my rainbow snowflake tree!

Laura, this is breathtaking! I think the Winter Blend was the perfect choice for this one.

WOW. Breathtaking and absolutely gorgeous. I think this is your best snowflake yet. The combination of the thread and the pattern are perfect. Oh and did I mention that I liked it.

Thank you TattingChic and Lady Shuttle maker. I like it too!
Thank you for visiting my blog Normah. I hopped over to a couple of yours too and they are gorgeous. I plan to spend some time there looking at the beautiful things.
Clyde, you really must learn to express yourself and not hold back your feelings!!! I am so glad you like it. I think Yarnplayer's Winter Blend thread and the pattern were made for each other. I'm making another one in Lady Shuttle Maker's "Tulip."

That is a very pretty pattern, and one I've never seen before. The thread looks familiar, though (giggles).

Thanks Yarnplayer! I thought you might recognize that thread! One of my favorites.

Hi Laura,
I like your snowflake a whole lot. I would love to see this actual pattern. It is very pretty. I don't know where it came from either. I am wondering if it could have been Vildaman Snowflake book or the book that had flower motif in the center of the snowflake. Maybe If I saw the pattern I could find the pattern for you. I have book of those books and I could look.
