This is a picture of my third grade class. I thought it might be fun to see if you can find the little girl who would one day be known as Tattycat aka Lala. The first one who guesses right in a comment will win a prize! How about one of my snowflakes?
Start numbering from the front to the back on the first row, and then go to the front of the next row. A brief description might be useful as well.
The one on the fourth row from the front with the white collar and white trim on a darker dress and a head band. It looks like blondish hair. What a cute picture...interesting gestures some of those kids are making...what's up with the gum on the girls nose??? Is that a scratch in the photo? LOL! And the kid in the back standing next to the teacher...is he making some obscene gesture about what he think of the teachers...well, you know... tah tah for now!
Now I thought the same as tattingchic so I'm going to take a second stab at it. I'm going to take my second guess. The little girl in the far left corner with the gingham dress, curly hair and huge smile!!!! Mind, I still think tattingchic is right!!!
How Fun !! Ok, My guess is the fifth row from the front, the girl all the way in the back left corner closest to the window with the boy on the left that is making a funny face. :) White dress with dark trim on the sleeves. She looks to have your dimples :)
Oh, I forgot to tell you! I'm not telling if the guesses are wrong or right! We'll let everyone guess until, let's say, Wednesday. So, anyone of you could be right and have already won the prize. Or maybe no one is? Humm....... Yes, Tattingchic, that is a scratch on the photo. And the kid in the back is holding something that is dark and hard to see. You are so funny! Lady Shuttle Maker, that is the trouble with wanting to be fancy! We'll see Jane. We'll see! Miss Rhea, that little boy was always making funny faces, if memory serves me - and it probably doesn't! Oh no! What if I don't remember which one is me!
My guess would be the fourth row, second seat, the girl with the brownie uniform and beanie cap. Her pretty smile looks just like your smile on your blog!!
I think you are the little girl right in the front of the second row - with the little suitcase on the floor. I can tell by the ears, ears never change shape - and she has your smile.....
I had already decided on the girl in the dark dress third from the back in the second row...but I see I am not at all the first! How come some of the little girls are numbered, was it some kind of method of marking charity pupils...seems a touch unkind.
I'm not confirming any quesses! I just want to let Snowy know that the girls with numbers on them are Brownies and that is their uniform. It's like Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, but younger.
Well I go with tatting chic and the others, there is no hiding that smile...unless there could possibly be someone else out there in the world with a smile like that....but i doubt it. Gorgeous then, gorgeous now!

Oh darn that TattingChic....she beat me while I was trying to be fancy with my photo editor!
Now I thought the same as tattingchic so I'm going to take a second stab at it. I'm going to take my second guess. The little girl in the far left corner with the gingham dress, curly hair and huge smile!!!! Mind, I still think tattingchic is right!!!

My first guess is the little girl in the fourth row with the dark headband. My second guess is the little girl in the Brownie uniform by the window.
What a great picture. The one I think it is has already been guessed, so I'll just wait and see if I am right.
What fun and oh so hard! The girl in the headband that everyone has guessed as you sure lights up the whole classroom if it isn't you!
My guess would be the fourth row, second seat, the girl with the brownie uniform and beanie cap. Her pretty smile looks just like your smile on your blog!!
I'd say 4th row from the front in the dark dress and the dark headband with the nice smile!
I think you are the little girl right in the front of the second row - with the little suitcase on the floor. I can tell by the ears, ears never change shape - and she has your smile.....
Oooo ... this is fun!
I am going to go with Maureen and pick the first girl in the second row because she has a lovely smile like yours.
This is so embarrassing, LOL. My guess is the first little girl in the first row, on the left. She seems so sweet.
Well I go with tatting chic and the others, there is no hiding that smile...unless there could possibly be someone else out there in the world with a smile like that....but i doubt it.
Gorgeous then, gorgeous now!
