SIXTH ROUND IS FINISHED!

At long last, here it is. I am so happy with it! If not for Marilee's thread, I would never have made it through tatting this round. I think it looks so much like Christmas candy and Valentine's. I hope it shows up in the picture.

Only one more round to tat and this doily will be finished. I might have to frame it and redecorate my bedroom around it!

Thanks for the lovely Rhubarb Crisp and the solid red and pink to match Marilee.

Laura,
It is so beautiful, sort of reminds me of cotton candy, good enough to eat.

Laura,
It is just beautiful. Reminds me of cotton candy or ice cream sherbet.

Laura, The doily is stunning. Your color changes look great on this doily. I don't recognise the pattern. Is it your pattern? The doily will be beautiful framed. Love to see it when its framed. Carol

Cheerful, that's what it is! A whole room decorated to compliment that beautiful bit of tatting would be equally cheerful, I'm certain.

Thanks to all of you for the sweet comments. I love all the ways you describe it. I'm going to start on the last round tonight.
Carol, you flatter me asking if it is my pattern. I wish! It is from The DMC Book of Charted Designs. I have already tatted this once as a friendship doily with my friends Elizabeth and J.B. You can see it in my archives, probably around March or April of 2007.

What I most admire is your courage with colours. Particularly putting the bright pink and red together. A gal after me aged heart!
