Your mat is beautiful! I love it just the way it is!
Thank you Diane! You voted for it and you got it!
By the way, do you ever google tatting or have a google alert to your email for tatting? For some reason my blog never shows up anymore for me. Do you ever see it?
As usual a beautiful work of art. I like it as is .. Madeline
I don't know how to set up a Google alert for tatting. I know it's possible because I get e-mail alerts for Gina's blog... that's the only one I've seen! I've tried setting my options so my picture shows up as well, but that doesn't seem to work either. I wonder if I have to do something different since I work with a Mac?
I don't blame you for deciding to leave it as it is for now. It looks great. If you like doing the motifs, you could always make a companion piece. :) Or a gift for someone special.
Good idea Marty! I just might start another one. You know how when you get into something, you start wishing you had done it differently. Guess that would be my chance!
This looks fantastic! Are you thinking about framing it? I can picture (no pun intended) it matted and framed and used as a focal point in a room.
Great Job!
Thanks Sherry. I am thinking about framing it. As a matter of fact, it probably would be perfect in my Victorian bedroom that is done in green and white with a little bit of pink in the duvet.
The mat looks beautiful. If you did do a matching mat you could switch the light and dark green border colours so that the companion mat has the dark in the centre and the light on the smaller outside sections.
I like the idea about switching the greens on a companion piece. Thanks Sharon!
