New Tackle Box for Laura!

Most people would wonder why in the world does Laura need a tackle box as she never goes fishing. Those of you in my tatting world know exactly why! I saw this last weekend in our brand new Bass Pro Shop very reasonably priced. I waited a week to see if I really wanted it and, obviously, I did. The four trays can stand on end of on their bottoms. They are divided long ways and have partitions to set more dividers as needed. I know you can buy boxes like this several places, but not four of them together in a nice bag like this one. It has a shoulder strap and compartments on each end as well.

This will be my "mobile tatting cabinet." Now I get to see how much stuff I can fit in there.

If you don't have a Bass Pro Shop, I bet you could find one on line!

Wow, that is perfect for you !! They opened a Bass Pro here in Las Vegas a few years ago, and what a great store !! You could spend hours in there it is so big. I LOVE your gorgeous tree !! :) Hope you are having a wonderful Christmas Season !! :)

Thank you Miss Rhea. I am so glad you like my tree. I am so happy and pleased by it. It really cheers me up. I wish I could share it with everyone. Bass Pro is awesome, except for the taxidermy. That kind of bothers me. I hope you are feeling good and having a wonderful Christmas Season yourself!

Hi Laura,
I have some containers that look a whole lot like yours (made by Artbin) and I just love them. Mine doesn't have the nifty holder for them though. It looks like a well organized system ya got going there!

Hi Sy. I think I am going to enjoy it. You need to get a holder for yours!
Hi Sherry. Do you think I need to tat some fish in bright colors to put on the outside? LOL

Wow! You totally scored! I love my fishing tackle box, LOL! Whenever I would take it to my lace guild meeting my neighbor would ask me, "going fishing?" and I would reply, "no, I'm going to a lace guild meeting!". I loved the perpelexed look he got on his face, LOL!

Way nifty! That's just what I need for those weekends I go visit my folks. It would be great to carry a "subset of my stuff" with me. I wonder if Cabela's would have such a thing?
You need to have yours so you can make more of those snowflakes for your beautiful rainbow tree. That's so very pretty!

Tackle boxes are amazing for organizing your tatting to travel around with. When I get home I will take some pictures of mine and post them. I would be lost without my tackle box. Your Rainbow Tree is amazing and is sure to put a smile on the faces of those who see it.

Thank you Clyde. I do hope my tree is bringing smiles to those who see it. I am excited about my tatting box. I just know it will be very useful. I'd love to see pictures of the one you use. I have a great big one that I use for my woodcarving tools.

Oh, it looks like the perfect tatting bag.
Oh yes, some tatted fish would look great on it.
I have better research those fishing tackle boxes here one day soon to see what we have got.
