As many of you know, I have been working on this doily intermittently for several months. It was supposed to have eight motifs joined and a rose center. The more rows I put on the rose, the longer the chains, (of course), and my arthritis just won't let me finish it. So..... I have joined it together and I have another purpose for it. I think you will all like it very much. It will probably be a couple of weeks before I can show you the finished project as I have to wait for part of it to be done somewhere else and sent to me.
I spent maybe a total of 30 minutes yesterday finishing the end of one of the motifs and then joining two motifs together to make a circle. My head was pounding and I could hardly see by that time. My neurologist ordered a MRI on my brain which I had today. I hope we will be able to find something to help me soon. I ache to return to my tatting and reading.
Oh, the thread is
Yarnplayer's Rhubarb Pie in size 20. The pattern is from "The Tatter's Treasure Chest."

Oh, MRI's of the brain are no fun with a migraine! I hope they gave you ear plugs and stuff! I sure hope you are able to get some relief from this nasty headache soon!
(((Hugs))) to you, dear friend! :)

So VERY pretty. I LOVE it. Do hope the MRI helps to find and help your problems. You are the unluckiest tatter in tat land.
Your motif is beautiful.

Thank you all very much. I just don't feel like addressing each of your comments right now but want you to know how much they mean to me. Hopefully I will have some relief soon and can get back to myself.
Congratulations on completing the pretty doiley. Well done! Hope you're feeling better! *hug*
Hey! This looks familiar. This is Jon Hooks, I helped you in the framing dept. at Michaels. You have some real talent. Awesome stuff.
Thank you, Wicked Tats and Captain Hooks. I'm glad both of you like the doily. It won't be long until the unveiling of the completed project!
Hi Laura! I just wanted to stop by to say hello. You are missed. :)
