I tatted this snowflake in size 20 Lizbeth thread, both the pink and the green. I wish I could tat with more delicate thread as I think it is so much prettier. My hands and eyes both say NOOOOOO! Maybe one day.
Here is the link to Jon's site where you can order her snowflake book. I think this would make a lovely edging if you needed one. I just don't want to invest the time right now. Too busy making ornaments as you all know I don't have nearly enough to fill up my Rainbow Christmas Tree!

wow...very pretty. It looks pretty as edging also
Pink and green work so well together, this is really pretty. I love the little edging trial, too.
I find thicker thread so much harder than say size 80, although it is easier to count the stitches. It is also easier to see the mistakes! I had a very slight go at Honiton Lace this weekend, size 120 thread, oh my!
What a pretty snowflake! I agree... it would make a beautiful hanky edging!
That is GORGEOUS! I love the pink and the green together! WOW! SO pretty!
Laura, your stitches are so neat and even and beautiful. I was just admiring the beautiful purple heart you sent me. I did blog about it yesterday so I'd love it if you'd come by for a visit! :)
The snowflake looks wonderful! Those colors work so well together. And I think it would make a lovely edging, a lot of work, but lovely.
It is a very pretty snowflake and beautiful colours. Well done.
Very very pretty. Love the colors.
Lovely. So neat and the colours are yummy.
I just got a bunch of my mom's old hankies..... this snowflake is good food for thought!
the colors suggest me a spring taste!!=)
Very pretty, and your colors are excellent together.
I love your colour choice. The pink and green go together very nicely.
I really like this one! Excellent color combo.
Thank you all so much for the lovely comments. Please forgive me for not responding to each one individually. I just can't seem to keep up these days. I appreciate all of you more than you will ever know. Big hugs to all of my tatting family!
