Here's number motif #3 in the challenge. I started this a while ago, but just finished putting the pink around the edge tonight. It is LaRae Mikulecky's "Celtic Bookmark" copyright 1997. I worked it in size 80 tatting cotton in yellow, green and pink baby colors. It is 5 3/4 inches long.

Celtic! My favorite. This was the pattern that started me on Celtic Tatting. Beautiful version the one in the pastel colors.

ReplyDeleteI like the colour combination of your bookmark. This is the first pattern that I worked on when I wanted to try my hands on Celtic tatting, but I did it in size 20. I have not tried anything finer than 40. I will have to soon, seeing how beautiful it turned out here.
