I have been out of work on disability for two years the 19th of this month. I will have to try a lavender sachet. I always just grab something from the freezer for my eyes/head and go to bed. Feel welcome to use my email lblanton2750@charter.net anytime you want to talk.
LauraTattycathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09238301423279573743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8391495.post-58937784864442613012007-09-03T08:38:00.000-05:002007-09-03T08:38:00.000-05:00Your chatelaine is beautiful! I have a quilted pouch from my quilting days, and I wound up not wearing it around my neck because it was too heavy.

I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I've suffered from migraine since I was about 4 years old. The headaches are not as intense as they used to be... my mid 20s to early 40s were the worst. Have you tried a chilled lavender sachet across your forehead? I find that to be soothing. I hope you're feeling better soon!Lace-lovin' Librarian ~ Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06032689683092213368noreply@blogger.com
