First three thread winders

Still have to seal them, but wanted to do a bunch at one time. More to come! Each of these will hold a 50 yard skein of size 20 hand dyed thread.

  1. They are so pretty. You work is so delicate, just like your tatting pieces.

  2. Jon's right... they are pretty! I especially like the leaf shape. It wouldn't do me any good to take up wood burning... I have no artistic flair! I'll just admire your work!

  3. Thank you Jon and Diane. I am having fun with this. I have been painting tonight and will finish them tomorrow, but I'm not satisfied with them. Maybe when they are finished.....
I appreciate all the admiration I can get!

  7. What talent. They are beautiful. It seems a shame they will be covered with thread.

  8. I agree with all of the above. I would like to see a butterfly done with butterly markings. Madeline

Jane, I promise not to neglect the tatting, but Bill........ LOL
Thank you Clyde. I am thinking maybe they won't end up with thread around them!
Thanks Madeline. We'll see about the butterfly markings. I don't know how ambitious I am!
