Painting Inspiration

This is the one Mimosa Tree DH allows to grow. He hates them as do many men I have discovered. If anyone knows why, please tell me!

From my front door I can see a branch that is so graceful and lovely it is begging to be captured on canvas. I'm going to try my best to oblige. I made these pictures for reference and thought you might enjoy seeing them. Maybe someone will want to tat them?

  1. Oh,I remember seeing those in South Carolina and they are so sweet smelling! I love them...could be the scent is a bit too much for men?

  3. Hi Gina. That might be it for some men, but I don't think that's it with Bill. My dad was this way and he couldn't smell ANYTHING!

  4. Well, they are very pretty. I had no idea that you paint. How multitalented are YOU? Won't it be nice to see a painted mimosa tree or branch on your blog!
