Here is the finished poncho for my mom-in-law. This is what has kept me from my main passion - tatting - for so long! I just finished it a few minutes ago. Not too bad for a few weeks work. Merry Christmas to Glenis!
Wow! The poncho is beautiful! The yarn colors are great! Is this a "Noro" yarn? Wish they made that style of color variation in thread for tatting. Guess I'll have to dye my own.
Hi! Thanks, I like it too! Hope she will enjoy it. This is a yarn called Feza from Turkey. There is a picture of the skein further down on the blog. I would love the colors for tatting too. Alas, I left my dyeing skills and supplies in England when I moved back with my spinning wheel!
